Driftless Knitting: Episode 107 Show Notes

• Project 1: Unnamed socks knit with Eternity Ranch Knits socks yarn in the "Beth" colorway.

• Sock blockers used to display the socks are made by Bryson and available Jimmy Beans Wool. I have the medium size.

• I housed these Little Women themed socks in a special club exclusive project bag from Little Skein in the Big Wool.

• My sister's podcast that is debuting July 12th is called Let Genius Burn and is all about Louisa May Alcott and her life and works. If you like literature or history and biography, check it out!

• Project 2: The first prototype of the Baby Blufftop hat! This will be a baby/child version of my adult Blufftop hat pattern. Download that pattern on Raverly, Payhip, knitcircus.com, or right here at driftlessknitting.com.

• The Baby Blufftop is knit in Knitcircus Yarns Ringmaster, a 100% superwash merino wool yarn. I used two different colors: the brim is Chimney Sweep and the body is Bedrock.

• Project 3: The Boatyard Pullover by Hannah Fettig. This sweater is for my husband and is being knit in Cascade 220, a 100% wool worsted weight. Color is unknown.

• The Boatyard Pullover is included in the book Texture by Hannah Fettig.

• I knit many of my projects on my Addi Click interchangeable needles. I have the long lace set and LOVE them.

• Project 4: The Baby Ashley sweater (Ravelry link) is a cute DK weight sweater by Kelly van Niekerk. I knit one for my son last summer before he was born and am enjoying this one that I'm knitting for my cousin's baby. I'm using Knitcircus Divine DK in The Beacons Are Lit speckle.

• Stash enhancement 1: I show two Knitcircus sale yarns in this episode. The first was a discontinued colorway called Parseltongue (sorry, there are none left!) and the second was a sock set that got messed up in the dye process. More SALE yarns are available on the website!

• Stash enhancement 2: My mother-in-law gave me a Chelsey Luxe Coop Collection sock set for Easter! I'm not sure what colorway it is, but there are more available on her website!
